We will operate legally and ethically at all times.We do not divulge your personal details to any third party without your consent.We reserve the right to use any artwork sent on our web site or in promotional material unless specifically asked not to.We respect your consumer rights and legal protection under the data-protection act.By ordering from us you agree to pay us in UK sterling for a cake to be delivered or collected on a specified date. Our payment card handlers will deduct payment in the local currency, e.g. US Dollars etc.You also agree, that Sugar Velvet Cake Company or any member of its team cannot be held responsible for any delay of cake delivery. If we are unable to deliver we cannot be held responsible but will endeavour to complete delivery if possible as we wish to be known for extremely high standards of customer service. We will not grant a refund if we are unable to deliver due to absence at the delivery address on the order form. We cannot be held responsible for changes and amendments made after the order is placed by you the customer on-line.Customer collections may take place during the Sugar Velvet Cake Company opening hours
Mon- Fri: 11.30am to 5.30pm
Sat: 10.00am to 1.00pm
Once you collect and pay for your order from Sugar Velvet Cake Company this is classed as confirmation that your complete order has been received as required.
Thereafter, Sugar Velvet Cake Company can no longer take responsibility for any damage that may occur to your order and no refunds or alterations can be made.
If for any reason your order is left uncollected, we will retain it for 24 hours during which time you may telephone us on 01484 645843 to re-arrange collection or to arrange delivery at an additional charge.
No refund will be granted if delivery is attempted during the stated hours and no one present at the address.
